OUR PEOPLE

Mayflower Homemakers has a solid history on Cape Cod. We have been proudly cleaning homes on Cape Cod since 1993 and with many of our original employees !!!.

Our business model is to clean the same homes with the same people. We feel having the same person in your home each week or each time we clean, a personal rapport and trust between our client and our cleaner occurs almost immediately. Just as important, the cleaner begins to understand how the client wants the home cleaned. This attention to detail is unique to our business model.

Our cleaners stay employed with Mayflower Homemakers for an average of 8 years, and one cleaner has been with us for over 10 years. Turnover does occur but we do everything possible to prevent a cleaner becoming unhappy.

Our team in place now has cumulative experience of housekeeping of over 100 years. Our cleaners are dependable, reliable, trustworthy, customer service orientated, loyal, friendly, and have a passion for cleaning.

We seem to never have a bad day!!!!

Our cleaners are mostly single moms, or married moms, working around their busy schedules with their children. Our people are the backbone of our company.
